Warranty Submission Claim Form

In the event you believe your product or equipment is not functioning properly, is compromised, or has failed, please complete the information below and submit this form for review and warranty processing. Once claim information is complete and submitted, you should receive initial contact from TPL Warranty Department or other representative within 24 hours of submission.  Additional information may be required and follow up communication regarding possible remedy of problem may occur in lieu of warranty claim.  In the event of an urgent situation, please feel free to contact the TPL office at 704-786-9400.
